Went outside this weekend to find sections of my "stuccoed" chimney had fallen off to expose the cinder block underneath.

What would be the process for repair, e.g., tools and materials? Do I have take all the stucco off or is there a quick method.

I am considering doing a "faux" stone veneer (or so my wife is considering me doing it) and this might be the reason/excuse to get it done. Rolling Eyes

Thoughts?

Michael
