| I have a basement bathroom with vinyl flooring. Recently I have noticed several spots of black speckling showing through the flooring. A friend told me it was probably mold. I am wanting to put new flooring down and wonder the best way to do this. Should I tear up the old flooring and deal with the mold issue (and how do you do that?) or should I just lay new flooring over the old? |
