I. Definitions
You/Your/User – the user of any sites controlled by Handyman xChange, LLC.

IV. Jurisdiction
HANDYMANXCHANGE.COM is controlled and operated by Handyman xChange, LLC in North Las Vegas, Nevada. This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the State of Nevada, as it is applied to entered and executed agreements in Nevada. We don't warrant, expressed or implied, that materials on this or any other Handyman xChange, LLC website are appropriate or available for use in intrastate, interstate, or international locations. Accessing this site from interstate and international locations is at your own risk, and you maintain responsibility for compliance with all laws presiding over you. Any enforcement of this agreement or other matters related to Handyman xChange, LLC shall be brought in the courts of the State of Nevada. If parts of this agreement are determined to be void, unlawful, or otherwise unenforceable, for any reason, those sections shall be excluded from this agreement and the remaining portions of this agreement shall remain in full force.

However, each person who maintains active membership with HANDYMANXCHANGE.COM is allowed to publish ONE(1) link each in their member profile and posting signature, to a personal/professional website of their choosing. Though, this website must not contain items that are construed as abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-oriented, or any other material that may violate any intrastate, national, or international laws.
Handyman xChange, LLC is not responsible for the content of any sites that may be linked to HANDYMANXCHANGE.COM. These links are provided purely for convenience, accessing them is at your own risk!

VII. Privacy
